ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST SHIP DIRECT TO MANUFACTURER:

Mossy Oak® Targets is committed to providing you the highest quality products that are sure to exceed your expectations.  Our employees continually use all our products and are out in the woods for the same reasons you are, enjoying our in field experiences and our over all hunting and shooting success.

Mossy Oak® Targets products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for the “1-year limited warranty” of the product.  We manufacture all of our products to meet our superior standard.  However, regardless of how careful you use the product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.   We will replace it if our product fails due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship of the product.   It does not cover: rip, tear and normal wear and tear of the product.  Mossy Oak® Targets does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, and the natural breakdown of the product over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear or failure to follow the use instructions.

All defective or damaged products should be returned to Mossy Oak® Targets for evaluation.  Forward the item
to us and it will be replaced at our discretion.

A Return Authorization Number will need to be issued before any item is sent back to Mossy Oak® Targets. Without the RA# on the box, the box will be refused.  Also, all returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase (sales receipt).  Please allow up to 2 weeks for evaluation of the item.  At that time, we will either replace or issue you credit toward another item.  For all warranty evaluations, your product must be returned directly to:

All Warranty shipments must be pre-paid.  Mossy Oak® Targets cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
